Alec and Yecenia

We’re a small, family-run land company based in Wisconsin. Currently located in the Milwaukee area. Since 2018 Alec and Yecenia have been working with landowners across the state—buying rural properties with fairness, transparency, and a handshake-style approach to business.

Alec has spent the last decade serving as a firefighter, and Yecenia as a nurse, so helping people and earning trust is at the core of what we do.

We’re not big-time developers or house flippers. We don’t send in high-pressure sales teams. We’re regular folks who care about land and the people who own it. Whether you’ve inherited a parcel, owned it for decades, or just want to simplify, we’re here to make the process easy and respectful from start to finish.
