Really, not a whole lot. We just need to know if you are the property owner, and if not, what the property owners name is. We’d also want to know the size of the property and the location, usually just the road name is sufficient. Typically that’s enough to get us started. 

We take a good, honest look at your land—what it’s worth, what’s selling nearby, and what makes it unique.
That’s how we land on a fair offer that makes sense for both sides.

Often times we take care of all closing costs. Just one more benefit of working with us and one less thing for you to worry about. If the property has back due taxes, just be aware that they may be taken out at closing, and while they aren’t technically a “closing cost” it’s just something to be aware of. If you are up to date, property taxes are typically pro-rated at closing.
